Ellenos is DEVOTED to making Real Greek Yogurt. They pride themselves on sourcing their fresh wholesome milk DIRECTLY from the LOCAL farmer. They seek to ensure they use local, products where possible, removing the degrees of separation between producer and consumer. They believe it’s all about DISCOVERING what real food tastes like focusing, on fresh, local, quality ingredients.
