Santa Cruz Trip 2021

We travelled to San Luis Obispo (SLO), Santa Cruz (SC), San Jose (SJ), and Santa Barbara (SB) during my birthday trip in 2021. Click hereĀ to watch my vlog! It shows a great overview of our trip!Ā Ā

These are the places we ate at in Santa Cruz. Hope you enjoy the visuals and a little bit of texts!Ā Ā

Seabright Deli

Seabright Deli was recommended by our tandem instructor. It’s also voted as the best deli in Santa Cruz. I can totally see why! This place is super friendly and SO GOOD. The staff here sang Happy Birthday to me and gave me a cake to celebrate! Their sandwiches is hands down amazing! Probably one of the best deli sandwiches we have ever had. We will be coming back here when we visit Santa Cruz again!Ā

Woodstock's Pizza

This pizza joint is not our favorite. The pizza is not crispy and soggy on the bottom. The only thing we truly like about this place is the toppings. I personally wouldn’t recommend Woodstock Pizza’s to eat at. There’s also other locations in California and other states.Ā

The Penny Ice Creamery

This creamery was super disappointing. It was highly rated and recommend by locals. There was limited flavors and the four flavors we tasted was just not good. We unfortunately would not go back to The Penny Ice Creamery.Ā

Taqueria Los Pericos

We enjoyed grabbing take out from Taqueria Los Pericos. The food was decent here. It was a good spot to fill up our bellies after having late night cravings and munchies.Ā

Cafe Brasil

Wow! Just wow! This restaurant is so delicious! I can see why there’s a huge waiting list to eat here. The food is amazing! Everything we ordered here was just so flavorful and it hit the spot. Definitely recommend Cafe Brasil!Ā

Marianne's Ice Cream

I’m so glad that we stopped by here before heading to SB. Marianne’s Ice Cream has over 150 flavors! I love that they have so many choices. The ice cream flavors we got were so good! I definitely recommend getting your licks here!Ā
