Hawaii Paradise 2018

Aloha, welcome to my blog post about my adventures in paradise. These are fun locations and activities to do during your stay in Hawaii! 🌴

Go Hawai Tours is a fun and quick way to explore the island! The tour takes up a whole day. We took the Oahu Hidden Gems Tour with Turtle Snorkeling option. The pit stops: 1) Waikiki Pickup 2) Diamond Head Lookout, 3) Tropical Farms Hawaiian Coffee and Macadamia Nut Sampling, 4) Halona Blowhole, 5) Makapuu Point, 6) Chinaman’s Hat and Kualoa Mountain Range, 7) North Shore Shrimp Stands for lunch, 8) Tropical Fruit Stands, 9) North Shore Sunset Beaches, 10) Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle spotting with option of snorkeling, 11) Dole Pineapple Plantation, and 12) Waikiki Return 😁

Ko’olau Ballrooms & Conference Center is a gorgeous venue full of greens and mountains! Got invited to a close friend’s wedding and it was so beautiful. The ceremony was outdoors and the reception was indoors. This was a lovely way to marry in paradise! 💒

Joined in the fun of extreme watersports in Hawaii! Booked a 1,000 feet of flying in the air with X-treme Parasailing! Great way to enjoy the beautiful views of Diamond Head and Oahu’s south shore! 😍

The Byodo-In Temple is gorgeously located in the mountains. Super green and lots of cute stray cats and other animals. Established to commemorate the anniversary of Japanese immigrants. The Buddhist temple is non-practicing that welcomes everyone to meditate, worship and to enjoy the beautiful landscapes. 🤩

Hanauma Bay is a popular nature preserve and beach with over 300 species of fish. It is required for first-time visitors to watch a 9-minute video to learn about the safety rules and how to preserve the coral reef. There’s also a $7.50 entrance fee to enter. The water is super clear and blue! You will be able to see a lot of marine life as you swim a long the coral reefs. Seriously the best location to snorkel in Hawaii. 🐠

Chief’s Luau is a great way to learn about Hawaiian crafts, hula lessons, and fire knife dancing! Plus side, it comes with a traditional Hawaiian feast while you watch the show. This luau is highly rated and I completely understand why. It is super engaging and fun. The storytelling is on point and you learn so much! They always have something for you to do! 🌺

Kualoa Ranch Private Nature Reserve has so many amazing activities! This is not a one time stop. You will have to come back multiple times to do everything here! We did the VIP Movie Site Tours that allowed us to visit famous filming locations. Lots of fun photo opportunities and amazing history! Don’t miss out on discovering the world of Jurassic Valley! 🦖

Polynesian Cultural Center is a great way to explore the rich heritage of six Pacific Islands. You get to wander around 42-acres of tropical splendor! Lots of history to learn from with tons of hands-on traditional activities to do all day. 🤙

Mahalo, for reading! 🙏
