Dough
- 45 grams of brown sugar
- 60 grams of water
- 90 grams of tapioca flour + for dusting

Directions:
Cooking the Dough
- Combine 60 grams of water and 45 grams of brown sugar. Heat this up until the sugar is dissolved.Β
- Add in 3 drops of pink food coloring and mix. Turn off the heat.Β
- Add a spoonful of tapioca flour to combine. Turn the heat back on and mix until it thickens.Β
- Turn off the heat and add in the rest of the tapioca flour until it thickens.Β

Knead the Dough
- Sprinkle some tapioca flour onto a nice surface.Β
- Knead the dough into a ball.Β
- Cut the dough in half.Β
- Slice half of the dough into pieces.Β
- Roll the slice pieces into a snake shape.Β
- Cut into small pieces.Β
- Roll 3 mini pieces at the same time to save time.Β

Boba PearlsΒ
- Boil a pot of water and add the boba.Β
- Stir until the boba floats to the top of the water. Cook for 20 minutes.Β
- Turn off the heat. Cover the pot and let the boba rest for 20 minutes.Β
- Strain the boba.Β

Brown Sugar SyrupΒ
- Heat up a pan. Add 35 grams of brown sugar to warm it up.Β
- Add the freshly cooked boba and mix till it melts. Do not burn the sugar.Β

Brown Sugar Milk with BobaΒ
- Use a spatula to put some brown sugar boba into a cup. Turn the cup to create tiger stripes.Β
- Add ice (optional)
- Add milkΒ
